- St. Thomas More is a high school with an educational background of more than 150 years, located on an area of more than 6ha with an environment of discipline and security that best serves the learning and living of students in the school.
- With the goal of always changing and improving, STM accepts a one-to-one curriculum with laptop support for each student when enrolled in this program. Therefore, STM became the first high school in Milwaukee to implement this program. Moreover, STM has been recognized by the nation and the state of Wisconsin for successfully applying the SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY programs to the school's curriculum.

- Each student is supported 1 laptop during school and the class rate of 15 students is 1 teacher teaching (15:1), this helps monitor the learning process of students.
- There are more than 10 advanced programs for students to study at STM, 28% of 12th grade students took at least 1 advanced program test in 2016.
- In addition to classroom hours, students can participate in extracurricular activities. Therefore, there are 20 teams in all subjects, 21 art classes and 24 clubs in all fields.

Consisting of 13 courses in a variety of subjects, STM's Advanced Program is a rigorous academic program built on the commitment, passion and hard work of students and teachers. These programs challenge students to improve their analytical and evaluative thinking skills, writing skills, and understanding of the basic subject groups. Credits are transferred to most universities across the United States.

Students can enroll in these courses at a significantly reduced tuition rate, approximately 85% lower than the tuition rate at Cardinal Stritch. The credits enrolled in Simultaneous Enrollment are transferred to most colleges and universities across the United States.

DADD in Engineering and Biomedical Sciences at STM uses project-based instruction, allowing students to learn through experiences rather than through books, lectures and unrealistic case studies.
Students attending DADD identify and identify common problems in the community, develop professional skills such as problem solving, time management, data collection, statistical analysis, teamwork, leadership and public speaking.
- Partnership
Collaboration plays an important role for DADD at STM. In order to help organize, plan and evaluate projects, students meet mentors from local businesses throughout the semester. During DADD courses, students have worked with mentors from Rockwell Automation, Chevron, Badger Meter, Concordia University, the Milwaukee Admirals, and many other businesses and organizations.
