YOUR TRUST MATTERS
Privacy policy
How Greatlink receives and uses information that you choose to provide through this website.
When submitting a consultation form, you provide your name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, the service you are interested in, a preferred destination and a message. Greatlink uses this information to understand your enquiry, contact you and provide the advice you requested.
Form submissions are stored in Greatlink’s system, with access limited to the staff responsible for handling enquiries. Please do not include account numbers, passwords, identity document numbers or sensitive documents in the message field.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. If Greatlink wishes to use your information for another purpose, we will discuss that purpose with you.
You can contact [email protected] or 0868 81 79 81 to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you provided, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Greatlink may need to verify your request to prevent disclosure to an unauthorised person.
This website links to Facebook, maps and other external sources. When you visit those services, their respective providers’ privacy policies apply.
The administration area uses cookies for login. The consultation form limits repeated requests to help protect the operation of the system.
