1.Special things only in studying in New Zealand

2.What does the New Zealand student visa procedure 2022 need?

  1. Visa application form “New Zealand Study Application (INZ 1012)” completed in English with photo.
  2. University certificate (if you are attending University) or agency certificate (if working).
  3. Letter of acceptance from the school in New Zealand and the School Accommodation Guarantee (These two types will be sent by the school to the student to confirm the student's enrollment has been approved).
  4. Curriculum vitae (certified by local authorities).
  5. - A copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the people's identity card.
  6. Transcripts (or transcripts of subjects), copies of the highest degree.
  7. Fee
    1. Visa application fees
    2. Health examination fee
  8. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the date you intend to leave New Zealand (original, signed by the person named in the passport).
  9. Judicial dossiers of provincial - level Justice Departments of localities in which pupils have registered permanent residence.
  10. Evidence of financial resources while studying in New Zealand, including:
    1. Consumer Accounts
    2. Proof of income according to ability, assets (including real estate).
    3. The financial resource to cover living expenses for visa purposes is 1,250 New Zealand dollars per month for students enrolled in courses lasting less than 36 weeks and 15,000 New Zealand dollars per year for courses lasting 36 weeks or more.
  11. Students submit the entire application for medical examination using the “Medical Certificate and X-ray Form”

If informed of the Temporary Visa, students will begin transferring their tuition and living expenses to the New Zealand school for admission.

Visa will be officially issued when the Consulate General of New Zealand receives the original invoice (or a copy of the invoice sent directly from the school via email).

3. Opportunities to settle and stay at work after studying in New Zealand 2022

Until now, there are two types of post-study visas in New Zealand 2022 – the open visa and the employer assistance visa. The first visa gives students the opportunity to find work within 12 months of completing their studies. It is like an extended visa. The employer assistance visa helps students stay and gain work experience of two to three years. Then, students can apply for a New Zealand residence visa under the Skilled Immigrant category.

But, recently the New Zealand Government has made amendments to the New Zealand student visa rules 2022, which is a big boost to the economy. The protocol states as follows:

  • Employer Supported Post-School Work Visa Will Be Removed
  • A 1-year post-study open work visa will be provided for Level 4 Level6 and Level 7 non-degree study students. Another year will be available for working graduate degree students to apply with a professional or commercial agency;
  • A 2 - year open post-study work visa will be offered to non-degree Level 4, 6 and 7 study students in Auckland, provided study is completed by December 2022
  • An open work visa after 3 years of study will be available for 7 degrees or degrees
  • International students studying an 8th degree must be in an area listed on the Long-Term Skills Deficiency list so that their partner can qualify for an open work visa so that their children can study at the school for free.

4.How much does it cost to study in New Zealand 2022?

In addition to the tuition fee, how much does the New Zealand 2022 living cost per year? How much is the cost of housing and travel? -Meal expenses: 100 – 250 NZD$ 1 month, about 1.3 – 3.5 million VND 1 month.

-Housing cost: 500 – 750 NZD$ 1 month, about 6.7 – 13 million VND 1 month, depending on you in KTX, or shared rooms, private rooms

-Travel expenses, telephone: 50 – 150 NZD$ 1 month, if you are near the school, your travel costs will also be lower and much more economical. around 700k – 2 million VND 1 month.

-Book expenses: 10 – 40 NZD$ 1 month including the cost of books, pens, learning materials, however you can save money by going to the library to borrow books or buying books with classmates about 130k – 500k VND 1 month.

-Expenses for entertainment: 20 – 50 NZD$ 1 month, (this cost depends, if you need a friend)

-Expenses incurred: The cheapest health insurance for international students studying in New Zealand is Orbit Protect which costs only 454 New Zealand dollars per year.
