Through this course, you will be able to work in a variety of nurses' settings or you can continue your studies to complete a Bachelor of Nursing in Australia.

Input Requirements

  • Language, reading, writing and numerical skills appropriate for Level 3 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF); or
  • Graduated from Australia's 12th grade or official English test and have achieved arithmetic skills in accordance with Level 3 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
  • Prove that you meet the requirements of the Australian Commission on Nursing and Midwifery (NMBA) English Language Proficiency Registration Standard.

2. Bachelor of Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing)

The Bachelor of Nursing provides you with the knowledge, skills and understanding you need to become a registered nurse skilled in Australia's healthcare environment. The program trains you to provide high quality nursing care in a variety of environments and to become ethical, critical and creative nurses.

You will also expand your clinical evaluation and decision-making skills, professional communication, cultural and diversity awareness, and the study and use of modern medical technology.

Input Requirements

  • Excellent completion of Grade 12 Australia (or equivalent high school diploma)
  • English Language Skills
  • Prove that you meet the requirements of the Australian Commission on Nursing and Midwifery (NMBA) English Language Proficiency Registration Standard.

3. Master of Nursing (Master of Nursing)

If you are ready for postgraduate study and want the skills needed to prepare for career development in your chosen field, in a clinical or research setting, the Master of Nursing in Australia is for you. The course is ideal for those who want to work on a wide range of specialities and modern healthcare environments.

Input Requirements

-Master of Nursing: Applicants generally must have a degree or equivalent and must be registered as a nurse in Australia. Applicants who have registered as a nurse in a country other than Australia generally must have a degree or equivalent.

-Master of Nursing Science: Applicants generally must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent, completed no more than ten years prior to the application date; or an older bachelor's degree and recent postgraduate studies demonstrating current competency of postgraduate studies or five years of relevant medical experience

-Master of Nursing Practice: This course is an entry-level qualification to provide a professional nursing program for individuals who have obtained a non-undergraduate degree in nursing. It is not a postgraduate qualification for individuals who have been nurses and wish to do research to enhance their practice or who wish to pursue research.
